实际情况，制定成人网
2023年硕士研究生招生复试录取工作方案。

二、复试基本原则
1、在德智体能等各方面全面衡量的基础上，注重对专业能力和综合素质的考核，加强对考生创新能力和专业素养等方面的考查，成绩量化，维护考生的合法权益，择优录取。复试比例一般不低于计划录取人数的120%。
2、凡过国家线，第一志愿报考成人网
、符合学校复试基本要求的考生均有复试资格。
3、报考退役大学生士兵专项计划且达到我校退役大学生士兵专项计划复试条件的考生，所有材料根据研究生院招生办公室通知发到指定邮箱，集中审核。学院根据研究生院审核通过名单通知考生参加复试，具体情况以学校公告为准。
4、符合教育部、长江大学以及成人网
调剂要求，可申请调剂到成人网
的调剂考生，所有调剂考生须通过教育部指定的中国研究生招生信息网“全国硕士生招生调剂服务系统”填报调剂志愿，请调剂考生及时回复确认，不按规定时间回复确认的视为自动放弃调剂资格，具体调剂办法严格按照《招生工作管理规定》执行。未通过该系统调剂录取的考生一律无效。
5、对报考条件不符合教育部规定的考生，取消其复试资格。
三、复试工作安排
复试流程：进入复试的考生网上缴费-资格审查-复试
（一）网上缴费
每人 100 元，复试费由考生在复试前通过学校统一支付平台缴费，缴费流程见附件1。逾期不缴费者视为主动放弃复试资格。已缴纳者如因本人原因未参加复试，不予退费。
（二）资格审查
学院将运用“人脸识别”、“人证识别”等技术，并通过综合比对“报考库”、“学籍学历库”、“人口信息库”、“考生考试诚信档案库”等措施，加强对考生身份的审查核验，严防复试“替考”。资格审查未达到教育部和学校有关规定的考生将不准参加复试。在复试前，考生需提供以下材料进行审查，具体提交要求见资格审核材料说明（附件2）：
1.考生的准考证、身份证、教育部学籍在线验证报告、学生证（应届生）\学历（学位）证书原件（往届生）。
2.在校历年学习成绩（应届生由所在学校教务部门提供，往届生由所在单位人事部门提供，均须加盖公章）复印件及《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表》（2001年以后的毕业生）或《中国高等教育学历认证报告》（2001年以前的毕业生）或《教育部学籍在线验证报告》（PDF原件，可在线验证且在有效期内）、近期免冠相片。
3.对同等学力考生，需提交授课学校教务部门提供的本科课程考试成绩单原件。
4.对于在2023年9月可以取得国家承认本科毕业证书的自学考试和网络教育本科生，需提供省级高等教育自学考试办公室或网络教育高校出具的相关证明。
5.在境外获得学历、学位证书的考生须提供教育部留学服务中心出具的认证报告。
6.报考考生签名的《2023年全国硕士研究生招生考生诚信复试承诺书》（附件3）。
对报考条件不符合教育部规定的考生，取消其复试资格。
（三）复试
1、复试时间：
第一轮（第一志愿考生）复试时间为3月30日；
3月28日前提交资格审查材料
3月30日14:00-18:00 复试
考生需提前进入远程平台完成身份验证。
第二轮（调剂考生）：具体时间请关注学院官网公告以及学院调剂QQ群通知。
2、复试形式
复试形式为面试，统一使用学信网研究生招生远程面试系统开展网络远程复试工作，钉钉和腾讯会议为辅助和备用平台，考生参加网络远程复试具体要求和安排请见《长江大学2023年硕士研究生招生网络远程复试考生须知》（附件4），请考生认真阅读。考生应按要求准备好复试所需的软硬件条件和网络环境，所有设备均需提前安装钉钉、腾讯会议等指定软件，保证足够电量。
3、复试内容
复试主要内容包括专业综合能力测试、外语能力测试和综合素质考查，以上三种测试考查满分均为 100 分。考生需提前准备不超过8分钟汇报素材（中英文不限），每个考生的面试时间一般不少于 20 分钟。
（1）专业综合能力测试：结合考生大学本科学习情况及成绩、毕业设计等情况、学士学位论文（应届毕业生论文目录、详细摘要和主要成果等）、参加学习科研、发表论文、学科竞赛获奖等情况进行综合考核。
（2）外语能力测试：通过网络远程复试系统随机抽取2道外语题、考官与考生外语交流、考官外语提问等多种形式考查考生外语听、说、读以及综合能力。
（3）综合素质考查：思想政治素质和道德品质等；本学科（专业）以外的学习、科研、社会实践（学生工作、社团活动、志愿服务等）或实际工作表现等方面的情况；事业心、责任感、纪律性（遵纪守法）、协作性和心理健康等综合衡量情况（考生需准备未来研究规划与设想素材）。
关于加试
以同等学力参加复试的考生需加试2门专业课，各专业加试科目名称见《长江大学2023年攻读硕士学位研究生招生专业目录》（//gs.crw-88.com/info/1022/5317.htm）。每科满分100分，笔试时间每科60分钟，考试方式为开卷，考试期间不能借助网络查询相关资料。加试课程的成绩不计入复试成绩，但每门考试成绩低于60分者，不予录取。
四、复试成绩计算办法
复试成绩=专业综合能力测试×40%+外语能力测试×30%+综合素质考查×30%。
复试成绩均需保留两位小数，由各评委各自打分后计算平均分的原则。
五、拟录取办法
（一）总成绩计算
考生总成绩=（初试总成绩÷5）×60% +复试成绩×40%
（二）拟录取办法
学院根据招生计划，按照总成绩由高到低确定拟录取名单。
复试成绩低于60分者，不予录取。未按规定时间参加复试的考生视弃权，不予录取。对复试后未被录取的考生，及时通知考生本人。依照《招生工作管理规定》，招生单位认为有必要时，可对相关考生再次复试。
我校将通过中国研究生招生信息网上的调剂系统发待录取通知，考生须在限定时间内做出明确答复，接受或拒绝待录取。一经接受待录取，无正当理由不得更改。
（三）复试结果在成人网
网站公示，时间不少于3天；拟录取名单报学校研究生招生工作领导小组审核后，由研究生院统一公示，公示时间不少于10天。未经公示的考生，一律不得录取。
（四）学校向拟录取考生所在单位函调本人现实表现等材料，材料须加盖考生本人档案或学习工作所在单位的人事、政工部门或居住地街道办签署意见的印章，并在规定时间内和人事档案一起邮寄至我校。
（五）所有参加成人网
复试的考生必须保证所展示材料的真实性，若有弄虚作假行为，取消考生录取资格，情节严重者追究其法律责任。
（六）我校将在新生入学报到后进行体检。体检不合格者，取消入学资格。
